BACK TO MONO 80S NIGHT: INTO THE GROOVE

Almost 17 years ago, a concept was born which would stand the test of time and remain fresh and loved right up until present day. That concept was Back to mono 60’s night, and since February 2010 we’ve filled clubs, dance floors and venues with the greatest sounds from one of the most beloved decades in music history.

Along the way we’ve explored genres and experimented with ideas such as our very own modern day Bowie disco, Golden Years, Lincoln’s last great indie night, Transmission and even Movement, our ever changing exhibition of local live bands and DJs.

We’ve played in several different venues and since 2024 found a real home in The Komodo, and that’s why it’s an incredible pleasure to debut our newest club night.

The 80s has found itself as popular as it’s ever been in the past 40+ years and with that in mind, we endeavour to celebrate a decade of innovation and unique sound as we present Into The Groove. We’ll be playing the greatest, edgiest and coolest sounds that the 80s had to offer and it’ll feature the Back to mono collective at its absolute strongest.

Don’t miss this ground-breaking night as we take over The Komodo on October 24th from 9am and hopefully in 17 years, you’ll be able to look back and talk about the beginning of another revolutionary night, in Lincoln’s club night history.
